PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Design-Assist project, DILFO acted as Prime Contractor under EddyLands. New eight storey, 200,000 square foot LEED Class A office building.
Scope of work for Plumbing & Heating systems, included: all domestic and stormwater systems, hydronic loop, circulation pumps, heat exchangers, sewage pump, domestic hot water tanks, a snowmelt system, booster pumps, expansion tanks Scope of work included full HVAC: Unit Heaters, force flow units, Haakon Heat recovery AHU & Compartment Unit, VFDs, fan coil units, commercial fans, fan powered boxes, VAV boxes, smoke and fire dampers, grilles, louvers.
